The Office of the Board Secretary serves as the primary link between the ZSCMST community and the Board of Trustees. We are responsible for maintaining the official records, resolutions, and minutes of the Board.
Our core mission is to ensure clear communication and strict adherence to institutional policies and legal frameworks. Through our commitment to transparency and efficiency, we uphold the highest standards of accountability for the benefit of our students, faculty, and the wider community.
Secure maintenance of all Board resolutions, minutes, and official documents.
Facilitates access to public documents per ZSCMST FOI policy.
Ensures proper dissemination and execution of Board-approved policies.
Manages scheduling, materials, and documentation for Board meetings.
Provides expert advice and administrative support to the Board of Trustees.
To request a copy of a Board resolution, submit a formal request through our online portal or visit our office. Include details like date, resolution number, or subject. Requests are processed under the ZSCMST FOI policy.
The Board Secretary is the official record-keeper for the Board of Trustees, ensuring compliance with policies and laws. The office coordinates meetings, maintains records, and supports governance functions.
Board meetings are held quarterly, with special sessions as needed. Schedules are published on the website and via college announcements.
